The section of Adult Neurology offers a four-year residency training program for M.D.s seeking specialization in adult neurology. One-year fellowships are also offered in stroke and in EEG and epilepsy while a six-month fellowship is available for neurophysiology. The section of Neurosurgery offers a five-year residency training program for M.D.s seeking specialization in neurosurgery.

The section of Pediatric Neurology offers a two-year fellowship training program for graduates of pediatric or neurology residency training programs.

Training courses are available also for medical technologists seeking special skills for electroencephalography or other electrophysiology studies (EMG-NCV, evoked potentials).
