Interested applicants must submit the following:
1. Resume with I.D. picture (2x2)
2. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility / RA1080 (Board Rating)
3. Authenticated copy of PRC ID
4. Diploma - Certified true copy
5. Transcript of Records - Certified true copy
6. Birth Certificate (PSA)
7. Certificate of Employment
8. Long Folder (any color)
-Photocopy the above mentioned credentials and bring original copies for verification.
-Only complete credentials will be accepted
-Applicant who was not selected to the position being applied for, may claim their submitted application form/s and other documents from the Recruitment and Placement Section (RPS) within (15) days upon receipt of the notification through email or text message. Otherwise, submitted application documents will be considered as property of HRDD and has the prerogative to make any actions that are deemed necessary.
