By 2025, the Department of Pediatrics of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, Manila – Philippine General Hospital will be known nationally/internationally as a:

Produce highly competent graduates with a strong foundation in pediatrics through relevant and responsive undergraduate and postgraduate curricula, adhering to professional and ethical standards

Governance

-Ensure efficiency, transparency, sustainability and accountability in the management of human resources, financial and operational systems, and infrastructure.
-Establish national and international linkages and collaborations in terms of training, research, and policy generation.
A. Attain sustainable human resource management in recruitment, development, placement, recognition, retention, and succession of highly qualified faculty and support staff
B. Deliver effective infrastructure management (building maintenance and reliable internet connectivity) and equipment management (procurement and maintenance) for the optimization of services in a conducive environment
